    J0 Like many people, I can't help but waste time on YouTube (the only social network I have), and it's rare that I eat without watching a video.
    I feel like it’s disrupting my concentration.
    The perception of effort/reward by my brain is out of whack given all the dopamine it generates.
    And I'm doing this challenge to also work on my boredom, learn to tolerate silence and consequently live the real moments to the fullest.

    J8 Bon mes nouvelles mesures on marché moyen finalement... J'avais Opéra sur mon téléphone et je pouvais aussi aller autant de fois sur YouTube que je le voulais sur mon ordinateur portable. So I quickly disrespected it. What I told myself.

    J0 I failed but I'm starting a radical challenge immediately following Yomi Denzel's advice. On the back of my smartphone there is a post it that says:

    30 day challenge - stop social media:

    • 30 min Youtube and 45 min Google (because the RS are accessible via Ggl)
    • block these apps with a code by someone close to me (whom I could ask to ask me for the code via SMS or WH - not considered RS)
    • tell people that I'm stopping social media

    For what? 1440 hours gained/year, RS does not make you happy (it's like alcohol you take refuge in it, you have to prefer to face misfortunes than to take drugs to forget), pump all the necessary dopamine, prevent you from thinking about important things.

    I still have browsers on my computer but Insta doesn't work and Youtube on the other hand I'm going to have to brave this easier accessibility.

    @PorteTaCroix: Après ça dépend ce que tu regardes sur youtube, perso je regarde (plus tôt j'écoute) des vidéos sur l'économie boursière. Après tout ce qui est short j'évite ça comme de la peste.

    @Paradoxe: Franchement je ne sais pas trop. Je regardais beaucoup youtube et je crollais souvent sur facebook. Je n'utilisais que ces deux réseaux. Je voulais surtout arrêter une semaine puis j'ai continué. 
    J'ai remplacé mon temps sur youtube par des séries ou des films, surtout en mangeant. Sinon de la lecture. Pour facebook, c'est très difficile, car je dois l'utiliser pour le travail, mais je ne m'autorise que les groupes d'échanges en question, le plus dur étant de ne pas scroller depuis la page d'accueil mais d'aller directement sur le groupe dont j'ai besoin. 
    Finalement je me sens beaucoup mieux sans ces réseaux. Ils occupaient une grande charge mentale, je me sentais obligé de regarder les nouveaux contenus des comptes où j'étais abonnés. J'avais souvent l'impression de perdre mon temps. Je me sentais mal en comparant ma vie à celle des autres, même de mes amis. J'ai récupéré ce temps, je suis plus actif dans ma maison et dans ma progression personnelle et je suis plus créatif ! Je n'ai pas envie de retourner en arrière.
